If I recall when the OBIDEN was sworn in as President he placed his hand on his so-called family bible and swore, he would protect the Constitution. I guess the Supreme Court is not considered the Judicial Branch of our Government and protected by the Constitution as OBIDEN has not followed the rulings against him.
This is another reason of many that OBIDEN should be court-martialed.
