Four Canadian provinces have now lifted some of their COVID-19 mandates as the “Freedom Convoy” truckers protest continues to shut down the nation’s capital.

Quebec and Prince Edward Island are the latest to announce plans to eliminate or roll back some or all measures of COVID-19 requirements.

As of Feb. 17, Prince Edward Island will begin to increase crowd sizes for gatherings and stop post-entry isolation for fully vaccinated travelers. By March 17, proofs of vaccination will not be required for gatherings with fewer than 200 people. The Vax Pass program and mask requirements are expected to be discontinued by April 7.
