Good News Friday: 12/15/23 …..
December 15, 2023
We are not pretending that it’s coming up roses out there but, we are assuring you that not everything is bad.
So, read some good news and then, this weekend take time to watch Linus tell you the REALLY GOOD NEWS!
1- We are praying that this decision helps those unconstitutionally jailed in connection with January 6.
Supreme Court game changer looming: ruling could undo 300 J6 convictions and end Jack Smith’s case against Trump…
QUOTE: Well, this is the day that January 6 political prisoners have been waiting for—the day the United States Supreme Court announced it could wipe out over 300 felony convictions with one fair and constitutional ruling on the 1512(c)(2) charge. As with everything related to January 6th, this charge is convoluted, overly complicated, and a “backdoor” way for the regime to secure convictions against non-violent Americans. And don’t forget, Jack Smith’s J6 case against President Trump hinges on this ruling as well.
Former Trump attorney William Scarf shared the news on X:
MASSIVE news out of the Supreme Court this morning. The Court will hear Fischer v. United States, a January 6 case challenging the scope of section 1512(c)(2), which criminalizes obstruction of an official proceeding. Two of the four charges President Trump faces in his DC case involve 1512(c)(2).
That section, first passed as part of Sarbanes-Oxley in 2004, has typically been used to prosecute destruction of evidence or similar conduct. Its applicability to alleged obstruction of the electoral count process has been hotly contested since the start of the January 6 prosecutions, and the DC Circuit split sharply on the issue.
This is a huge deal, with potentially major ramifications for many January 6 defendants as well as for President Trump.
2- Not one. As we speculated, not one Democrat was independent enough to look at the mountains of evidence of Biden Family crimes and vote FOR an investigation. Thank goodness all the knucklehead Republicans voted yes.
House Passes Resolution To Launch Joe Biden Impeachment Inquiry
QUOTE: The vote was 221-212. The 14-page resolution was introduced by Republican North Dakota Rep. Kelly Armstrong and authorizes an impeachment inquiry into Biden. Speaker of the House Mike Johnson said Wednesday night he believed the resolution would pass and that “it’s the next necessary step,” adding The White House has “stonewalled this investigation.”
“The Biden family and associates received more than $24 million from foreign nationals. Joe Biden received $200,000 from his brother, James Biden, the same day James received a $200,000 loan from a failing rural hospital operator. Joe Biden also received $40,000 in laundered Chinese money from his brother and sister-in-law. It’s become clear that the Biden family sold influence around the world using Joe Biden’s name as the product. An investigation in any jurisdiction around the country would move forward if it had these facts. A vote on an impeachment inquiry puts the House in the best position to prevail in court and uncover the truth,” Armstrong continued.
3- The good news about the entire situation at Harvard and other Institutions of Higher Indoctrination is that the curtain is being ripped down, allowing us to see what is happening behind those ivy covered buildings. And what these people are doing is shocking.
Below is just part of the investigative journalism going on into who is on these university boards and how we get “leadership” like Claudine Gay.
Spend some time reading this and also the work of Christopher Rufo. Linked HERE.
How To Get Into Harvard (Part 5) – Claudine Gay’s Bootlicking Bobo and Board
QUOTE: Everyone knows Harvard’s Gay, but have you met her bootlickers Bobo and The Board? An extra-spicy Yuri investigation into the “elite” commissars who destroyed an institution from behind the scenes.
Comrades: Harvard has fallen. After almost 400 years, the world’s most powerful university has publicly declared moral and intellectual bankruptcy. I could not have imagined such a stunning collapse, even after ranking Harvard #1 in my Demoralized DIEvy League March Madness tournament earlier this year.
Despite her plagiarism and Congressional hearing performance, Harvard President Claudine Gay still has a $1 million/year job because the Harvard Corporation didn’t read my open letter and unanimously voted to retain her. Lawrence Bobo, one of the professors whose work she plagiarized, has also voiced support for her. He stated: “I find myself unconcerned about these claims as our work was explicitly acknowledged.” Why would he defend someone who copied his work, while other academics who she plagiarized have criticized her? She is his boss and in 2018 appointed him to his lofty position as Dean of Social Science for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Were it not for his genitalia, he could very well be Harvard’s President instead of her.
A fish rots from the head down. 700+ Harvard Professors and 5 former Harvard presidents including former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers have issued statements supporting Gay. We all know why Summers was fired, but Gay has not been. The 12 members of the Harvard Corporation have hundreds of billions in wealth and dozens of degrees between them, yet don’t have a shred of courage, backbone, or principles to make any meaningful changes. As you will see below, most are connected to the Democrat Party, Fortune 500 corporations, or other universities. Today, I will name and shame Gay’s Bobo and Board because no one else has.
4- You won’t see this reported. Newly elected Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico “will NOT support the strengthening of World Health Organization’s powers at the expense of sovereign states in managing the fight against pandemics.”

Slovakia Shocks the World: New Prime Minister Rejects Signing the WHO Pandemic Treaty
QUOTE: This is a major development and it has global implications.
Here is a Head of State, a Prime Minister of a European country, who is openly calling out greedy pharmaceutical companies as being behind the nonsensical WHO Pandemic Treaty, as well as calling out the “scandalous consequences of mass vaccination”.
This is what he said: “One study after another confirms the scandalous consequences of mass vaccination with untested experimental vaccines.”
There is no other head of state in the world who has had the guts to say this publicly and so explicitly.
Slovakia is leading the world out of the dark ages of biological warfare by the pharmaceutical industry and globalist institutions like the WHO, in a move that is seen as completely unexpected.
This move will set off a chain reaction of events.
5- Judicial Watch works very hard and doggedly to force election officials to do their jobs and remove names from voting rolls that should not be there.
Allowing ineligible voters names to remain is another door into voter fraud.
‘VICTORY’: D.C. Forced to Purge Over 100,000 Ineligible Names from Voter Rolls
QUOTE: Washington D.C. officials have been compelled to comply with legal threats from a judicial watchdog and is now purging its voter rolls of over 100,000 ineligible names.
“We sent notice letters to election officials in the District of Columbia, California, and Illinois, notifying them of evident violations of the National Voter Registration Act(NVRA) of 1993, based on their failure to remove inactive voters from their registration rolls,” Judicial Watch announced on Friday.
“Dirty voter rolls increase the potential for voter fraud,” the judicial watchdog notes. “As Washington, DC’s, quick cleanup of tens of thousands of names in response to us shows, there are potentially hundreds of thousands of names on the voter rolls that should be removed by California and Illinois. Indeed, our litigation resulted in the removal of four million names from voter rolls in various states recently.”
6- Thank goodness this person was defeated in a Democrat primary. Even her Hillary endorsement could not get her a win.
Hillary-backed Sheila Jackson Lee soundly thumped in runoff election for Houston’s next mayor
QUOTE: The votes are in and the next mayor of Houston, TX won’t be Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) who was soundly thumped in Saturday’s runoff election, a major blow to the longtime Democrat congresswoman.
In a complete rejection of her racial identity-based politics, the foul-mouthed lawmaker was on the receiving end of a Liz Cheney-like beating with her opponent, Democrat state Sen. John Whitmire clobbering her by around 30 points despite endorsements from failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi.
Jackson Lee’s defeat is also a blow to the divisive fear mongering that has marked the current era of Democrat political dominance with the loser’s election day message urging Houstonians to get to the polls to vote against “Trumpism” and to protect the right of women to kill their unborn babies failing to produce the desired effect.
By contrast, Whitmire ran on the actual issues with his campaign focusing on reducing crime, fixing the city’s infrastructure, and rising above the political dysfunction that has been the hallmark of the vandals that comprise the modern Democratic party.
Jackson Lee’s beatdown is a sign that Mrs. Clinton’s endorsement doesn’t carry the same clout that it used to and it could effectively be the kiss of death, a warning to other Democrats who may be seeking to leverage the name of a woman who is one of the most toxic forces in the history of American politics.
7- Well, wow! We can only hope that this comes out of Zuckerberg’s $400 million donations to Democrats.
Former Facebook Diversity Manager Admits to Stealing Millions from Mark Zuckerberg’s Company
QUOTE: A former diversity program manager at Facebook has pleaded guilty to defrauding Mark Zuckerberg’s company of more than $4 million through a sophisticated kickback scheme.
The New York Post reports that Barbara Furlow-Smiles, who was responsible for leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives at Facebook, has admitted to orchestrating a complex fraud scheme that cost the social media giant more than $4 million. According to the Justice Department, Furlow-Smiles engaged in fraudulent activities between January 2016 and September 2021.
Furlow-Smiles, as the global head of employee resource groups and diversity engagement, exploited her position to live an extravagant lifestyle across various states. She manipulated company funds by creating fake business deals and receiving kickbacks. The funds were misappropriated for personal use, including payments to friends and relatives who were falsely represented as vendors providing non-existent goods and services to Facebook.
The scheme involved multiple individuals, including former interns, a university tutor, a hair stylist, babysitters, and nannies, all of whom funneled kickbacks to Furlow-Smiles. It remains unclear whether any of these associates will face charges related to the fraud.
U.S. Attorney Ryan K. Buchanan said, “Motivated by greed, she used her time to orchestrate an elaborate criminal scheme in which fraudulent vendors paid her kickbacks in cash. She even involved relatives, friends, and other associates in her crimes, all to fund a lavish lifestyle through fraud rather than hard and honest work.”
In a statement, Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta said: “We are cooperating with law enforcement on the case regarding this former program manager, and we will continue to do so.”
8- All and any push back on this cancer in our society is good news!
DEI Bites the Dust in Another Red State
QUOTE: Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt (R) has taken aim at Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion spending in higher education and state agencies, signing an executive order Wednesday that protects taxpayers from funding such programs.
“In Oklahoma, we’re going to encourage equal opportunity, rather than promising equal outcomes,” Stitt said in a statement. “Encouraging our workforce, economy, and education systems to flourish means shifting focus away from exclusivity and discrimination, and toward opportunity and merit. We’re taking politics out of education and focusing on preparing students for the workforce.”
State agencies and higher education institutions must review all DEI posts, activities, and programs to eliminate, and dismiss nonessential personnel.
Specifically, state funds cannot be used for programs or positions that “grant preferential treatment based on one person’s particular race, color, sex, ethnicity, or national origin over another’s.”
9 – This will be the weekend to share “A Charlie Brown Christmas” with your entire family. Here is some context on the reason Charles Schulz fought hard to have the real meaning of Christmas included in the show.
Charlie Brown’s Christmas Message to America
QUOTE: This holiday tradition began when a television producer approached cartoonist Charles Schulz with a general idea regarding an animated special featuring the Peanuts gang. Having seen the commercialization of the Christmas holiday, Schulz decided to focus his project on the true meaning of Christmas as told in Luke 2. When asked why, he responded: “If we don’t do it, who will?”
What was it that drove him to relentlessly invest his time and talents in this project? Perhaps he was compelled by the events he saw unfolding on the national stage regarding religion in school.
School prayer was once promoted to encourage the development of good character and citizenship. In 1951 the New York State Board of Regents approved a nondenominational prayer to be voluntarily recited at the beginning of each school day. It read: “Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence upon Thee, and we beg Thy blessings upon us, our parents, our teachers and our Country.”
After almost a decade of reciting this prayer daily without controversy, some parents suddenly found it objectionable, claiming it violated the First Amendment’s Establishment Clause by establishing a state-imposed religion. This claim was rejected by the New York Supreme Court and two appeals courts, finally making its way to the U.S. Supreme Court in the 1962 case Engel v. Vitale.
Engel v. Vitale created a domino effect and soon Bible reading and the Lord’s prayer were taboo in schools as well. It was against this backdrop that Charles Schultz wrote “A Charlie Brown Christmas.”
In these secular times, Linus’s recitation in “A Charlie Brown Christmas” might be the only way some children will learn the true meaning of Christmas:
And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, ‘Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.’ And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, ‘Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
Linus concludes by saying, “That’s what Christmas is all about, Charlie Brown.”
Most Americans do not realize that Linus’ recitation of the nativity narrative takes place on a public-school stage, and likewise do not recall a time when prayer, Christmas pageants, and Bible readings were allowed in public schools. It’s time we remind them.
“If we don’t do it, who will?”
