Sidney Powell on the Moderna Forced Release by DTR

As we told you last week, Defending The Republic forced the release of 15,000 pages of information from testing done by Moderna on the Covid-CCP injection.

They reveal the causes of deaths, serious adverse events, and instances of neurological disorders (such as Bell’s Palsy and Shingles) potentially associated with Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine.
Importantly, these records also demonstrate the utter lack of thoroughness of these studies. Many of those who died after receiving the Moderna vaccine were not given an autopsy.

QUOTE : Conservative public interest advocacy group Defending the Republic (DTR) has obtained almost 15,000 pages of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine clinical trial data, claiming the data show an “utter lack of thoroughness” of the trials and calls the vaccine’s safety into “serious doubt.”
As a result of successful Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) litigation against the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the group recently announced it had obtained—and is releasing—nearly 15,000 pages of documents relating to testing and adverse events associated with “Spikevax,” Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine.
Since 2022, the group has been involved in litigation against the FDA relating to the production of data submitted by Moderna in support of its application to federal regulators for approval of its vaccine.
As a result, the FDA agreed to produce around 24,000 pages of the Moderna records by the end of this year, with the 15,000 pages being the first instalment.
The records, some of which relate to adverse events related to the vaccine, include important information related to the safety profile of Spikevax, which was first authorized for emergency use in the United States in December 2020 and in January 2022 received full approval for adults.
“The public can be assured that Spikevax meets the FDA’s high standards for safety, effectiveness and manufacturing quality required of any vaccine approved for use in the United States,” Acting FDA Commissioner Dr. Janet Woodcock said in a statement earlier this year.
But the new data call this view into question. The advocacy group says that the tens of thousands of pages of clinical trial data released by the FDA supports the conclusion that there is “serious doubt” about both the safety of Spikevax and the FDA’s standards for approval.
DTR filed its FOIA lawsuit after the FDA rejected requests to produce the Moderna COVID-19 records, justifying its decision by claiming there was no pressing need for the public to review the information.
The documents obtained as part of the group’s litigation against the FDA are the first significant release of data from Moderna’s COVID-19 clinical trials.
The studies reveal the causes of deaths, serious adverse events, and instances of neurological disorders potentially associated with Spikevax.

A 13,685-page tranche of documents related to Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine clinical trials released Tuesday contain details about the deaths of 16 trial participants, the prevalence of severe adverse events (SAEs) and other abnormalities.
The documents, previously submitted by Moderna to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as part of the licensing process for Moderna’s Spikevax COVID-19 vaccine, also exposed an “utter lack of thoroughness” in how the trials were conducted, according to Defending the Republic (DTR), a Dallas-based nonprofit that obtained the documents via a a still-pending Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against Moderna.
The documents, shared with The Defender in advance of their public release, are the first set of “Moderna documents” to be released as part of the lawsuit — with approximately 8,000 more pages expected to follow later this year.
Travis Miller, a Fort Worth-based attorney representing DTR, told The Defender, “These documents include over 13,500 pages relating to serious adverse event listings that document injuries — such as shingles and Bell’s palsy and other more serious conditions — which we believe may be related to the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.”
DTR also received documents describing experiments involving mRNA injections on rats in 2017-2018, prior to the onset of COVID-19. Miller told The Defender these studies revealed fetal abnormalities in pregnant rats.
Dr. Meryl Nass, an internist, biological warfare epidemiologist and member of the Children’s Health Defense scientific advisory committee, said the Moderna clinical trial data bear similarities to the outcomes seen in the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine trials, and raise several questions about safety and liability.

Likewise, President Joe Biden has repeatedly denied having any knowledge of his son’s overseas business adventures, let alone the idea that he may have benefited financially from these deals. His emphatic denial in an October 2020 presidential debate was bolstered by a letter signed by 51 former high-ranking intelligence community officials that claimed the New York Post’s devastating story about Hunter Biden’s laptop had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”
In April, House Republicans revealed that current Secretary of State Antony Blinken, then an adviser to Biden’s campaign, allegedly served as the “impetus” behind the letter.
Since then, solid evidence of Biden’s involvement in the family influence peddling business has continued to mount.
House Republicans have revealed bank records showing millions of dollars flowing through an elaborate maze of shell corporations set up by Hunter Biden and his associates and winding up in the accounts of at least nine Biden family members, including a grandchild.
Other evidence includes damning emails and text messages, the testimony of several highly credible federal whistleblowers, and an FBI 1023 report that alleges both Joe Biden and Hunter Biden received $5 million dollars each from Mykola Zlochevsky, the founder and then-CEO of Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings, in return for alleged political favors such as getting the prosecutor general who was investigating the company fired. We know Biden delivered on that promise because he boasted about it at a 2018 Council on Foreign Relations event.
Like Bill Clinton, Biden needs to answer the following questions (and so many more) under oath:
• Were you involved in your son’s foreign business dealings?
• Did you accept a $5 million bribe from Mykola Zlochevsky? What did you discuss during the alleged phone calls with him?
• Did you pay taxes on the money you received?
• Are you the “big guy” alluded to in the infamous email from your son’s laptop?
• Your son’s former business partner, Tony Bobulinski, has gone on the record to say he met with you in May 2017 at a Beverly Hills hotel ahead of a planned joint venture with Chinese energy company CEFC? Is he lying? Or are you?
