Border Patrol union chief: Biden should be arrested for ‘aiding and abetting’

President Joe Biden has been widely condemned for his handling of the immigration crisis along America’s southern border, with some House Republicans filing articles of impeachment as a result.

According to TheBlaze, during a recent interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity, the Border Patrol union chief went further, saying that Biden belongs in handcuffs.

National Border Patrol Council chief Brandon Judd provided the damning assessment.

“I’ve been patrolling the borders since Clinton was the president, and I can tell you personally that the policies that have been in place were by far the best under President Trump, and President Biden completely and totally dismantled all of those policies,” Judd said.

“And when you look at our Border Patrol agents, when they are sent down there to that job, and by the way, [Homeland Security Secretary] Mayorkas was down on the border, and he saw the horses, he knew the horses were out there, and now he’s making, doing a 180,” Judd continued.

The union chief added: “But when our agents are out there trying to patrol the border, do their job to the best of their ability, then they’re vilified by the president.”

Of course, that was a clear reference to how the White House condemned images of Border Patrol agents confronting illegal Haitian migrants while on horseback.

Despite claims of the agents using whips having been debunked, Fox News reported that White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki has said the personnel involved were placed on suspension.

“Arrest him”

“You know, we feel like why even go out there and do it? Why put on that uniform? Why care about the American public?” Judd said.

He added: “That’s why we do it; we put on that uniform because we care about the American public. We want to go out there and we want to protect them, and Joe Biden is trying to break that down.”

Judd also spoke up when Hannity asked Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich (R) about whether Biden could face legal consequences for his refusal to enforce the law.

“Let me put it this way,” the union head declared, “if President Biden wasn’t the president right now, I would arrest him for aiding and abetting.”
