I have big news to share: this week, seven new states–Alabama, Arizona, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, South Carolina, and Utah–all have joined a lawsuit against the Biden Administration that challenges its implementation of an unlawful program to bring the relatives of illegal aliens into the United States. This program, the Central American Minors Program, is design to massively increase illegal immigration into our country, to transform our country.
This program–which Congress did not create–establishes a system whereby an illegal alien in the United States can request to have their family members join them here–in other words, a program of unlawful chain migration.
Because of this program, potentially hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens living in the United States are now eligible to formally petition to have the U.S. government allow their relatives to come join them here.
This is a scenario that betrays those American citizens and their family members who abide by the laws established by Congress to bring their relatives to the United States- and it greatly harms all Americans as the massive human wave of immigration continues to rip our society apart.
We have millions of workers who are being displayed from their jobs, taxpayers are being drained of their finances, our hospital system is crashing, our public educational system is being destroyed, and drugs and crime, including horrible human and child sex trafficking flood into our country – all because our leaders in Washington, DC want maximum immigration at any cost.
