The New York Times reported earlier tonight that 95% of precincts were reporting in the Virginia gubernatorial race.

Then suddenly it went back to 94% of precincts reporting.

Ny times said over 95% reporting, just checked and it now says 94% reported. Not sure if an error or sneaking in Democratic ballots.
