President Biden Is Not A King

Fellow patriot,

This week America First Legal was proud to file a lawsuit against the Biden Administration to block the unlawful and unconstitutional federal civilian employee vaccine mandate on behalf of a courageous federal employee. Representing a dedicated, twenty-year civilian employee of the Department of the Navy, we brought this case because no law authorizes President Biden or the federal government to force federal workers to undergo vaccination.

As you know, America First Legal doesn’t tolerate lawless actions by the Biden Administration and will always move aggressively to STOP unconstitutional edicts and actions in court.

The end always justifies the means for the Biden Administration—even if that necessitates acting with no lawful authority, or acting in a manner directly contrary to the law. President Biden is not a king, his Administration is not a royal court, and he has no inherent authority to act like a tyrant and coerce any of us to choose between our autonomy over our bodies and our livelihoods.
