As we head into the most important election in our country’s history, Democrats will push a series of lies to sway undecided voters. Here’s the five biggest and links to refute each of them. Let’s get started.
- President Trump refused to condemn White supremacists and called neo-Nazis “fine people”.
This hoax is repeatedly cited by Joe Biden (in his campaign announcement speech and his nomination acceptance speech) and various other Democrat operatives. In an August 2017 press conference at Trump Tower following the death of Heather Heyer in Charlottesville Virginia Trump in actuality he condemned neo-Nazis and White nationalists. Notice the prognostic comments about statutes considering the wave of statues destroyed in 2020. Here’s a transcript of what was actually said:

- The Trump administration began the policy of separating families. Placing the children of illegal immigrants in cages.
This myth was repeated at the Democratic party convention by Michelle Obama. The policy was actually begun by the Obama administration.

In actuality the Trump administration ended the policy in 2018:
- The Trump administration made no effort to study COVID 19 and assist in the virus’ mitigation when COVID was first discovered.
An offer to send Centers for Disease Control experts to China was made by HHS Secretary Alex Azar on January 6, 2020. One week after China announced the outbreak in Wuhan to the world.

As of February 7th, China was still denying the CDC experts entry.
- President Trump is “sabotaging” the post office in order to obstruct in the delivery of mail in ballots in the November election.
The Postal Service which losses billions of dollars per year began removing collection boxes in 2009 under the Obama administration.
A 2017 Office of the Inspector General’s report stated that between 2011 and 2016 14,000 collection boxes were removed because of underuse.

President Trump signed the Cares Act which authorized the United States Postal Service to borrow up to $10 billion for operating expenses.
- The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act only benefitted the wealthy
According to the Tax Policy Center under the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act 65% of Americans received a tax cut. Including 86.6% of households with income between $75,000 and $100,000. These middleclass taxpayers were the group with the highest percentage receiving a decrease in taxes. A New York Times survey found only 40% of taxpayers actually thought they received a tax cut. Proving the success of the media and Dems messaging.
