My name is Darlene Swaffar, GOP Candidate for Congress in District #22. We have a real chance to flip this seat from Blue to Red. I’m committed to bringing strong Conservative leadership to my District, but we have to work together to get me to Congress first.
Do we need another Career Politician or Attorney in Congress? No, we need business leaders who are strategic focused, problem solvers and who are focused on win/win solutions. I live and work in my district. Here are 3 major points on my Platform:
First, as The Medicare Lady TM and Owner of Sunshine Insurance Associates, I have a local family owned insurance brokerage firm and for 10 years I have worked in the Health Insurance Industry. I will fight for your Health Insurance Choices. Something that our current Congress Members want to take away from you and instead pass Medicare for None.
Second, as a past Executive Director of the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce for 4 years, I brought the Chamber’s focus of economic development and entrepreneurship training to the residents of Broward County. I have served my community with Distinction. My goal is to attract major companies to headquarter or satellite their office in Broward and Palm Beach County. We need to bring high paying career jobs with year-round residents which would stabilize our highly cyclical economy.
Third, there have been several Sewer Main breaks in Fort Lauderdale leaking raw sewage into our pristine waterways. A system that has been in place for over 50 years has been neglected by our current Leaders.
There is no other Candidate running that matches my level of business, accounting and health insurance experience, or has served their community with distinction to the degree that I have. Just Google my name and see the results of a recent SWOT Analysis determining that I was the strongest Candidate running in South Florida.
Daveda Gruber from Maga Media wrote an article where my Candidacy was featured all over Social Media. She took so much time to highlight my platform and list my recent interviews, and shared why she felt I was the strongest candidate running in South Florida. Here is the link to the article: https://magamedia.org/2020/04/20/will-swaffar-be-our-new-health-insurance-expert/
“The New Movement.” recently featured me as the strongest candidate running in the State of Florida. Please see their weblink https://www.thenewmovement.org/florida.html . Here you can find my bio and recent endorsements.
Why was I featured? Because they saw how I held my own through constant attacks on various social media platforms. Upon further investigation, they found I have the strongest credentials. They have placed my Campaign information and photo prominently at the top of their page for Florida Candidates.
For too long we have sent the wrong Candidate to Congress. This time send the Right one. I will protect our Constitution, our 1st and 2nd Amendment rights, and will serve We the People as your Congress Woman
