There were loud explosions heard tonight in Kyiv, the capital and largest city in Ukraine.
Russian forces captured Chernobyl on Thursday in northern Ukraine after Russian forces entered the country from Belarus.
On Friday morning video was released of an alleged Russian plane being shot from the sky over Kyiv.
