There is no stronger evidence of the corruption of the Deep State, specifically The United States Department of Justice, than the sweetheart deal they made with criminal Hunter Biden.
As we have been pointing out to you (Sidney, literally, wrote the book) the DOJ has been compromised for more than a decade. Now we have even more proof.
This deal is all the words: outrageous, unfair, shocking, dangerous, hypocritical, cover-up, frustrating.
It is more important than ever so share the real information of the Biden Crime Family with others. Many people, sadly, are not paying attention. But this plea deal is raising awareness. Now is the time to offer more information to those in your orbit who are unaware of the very serious crimes that Hunter, Joe, and other members of that family continue to get away with.
1- For a good rundown on the Hunter Biden situation, watch and then share this video from Tucker Carlson. You do not have to be on Twitter to view this.
2- Now more than ever we need Republicans in Congress to step up and hold all Democrats accountable and stop helping them push their agenda.
QUOTE: Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance (R) on Tuesday doubled down on holding up President Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) nominees in the wake of Hunter Biden getting “a slap on the wrist” in his plea deal.
It was revealed Tuesday morning that Biden’s son Hunter will plead guilty to two tax misdemeanors and one charge related to a violation of gun laws.
As Breitbart News reported, “Biden will plead guilty to willful failure to pay federal income tax — most likely on his foreign earnings — and will enter a ‘pretrial diversion program’ regarding his gun crime, indicating that he will face no jail time.”
“Any other American would have the book thrown at them,” Vance said in reaction to the news. “The president’s son gets a slap on the wrist.”
“This is exhibit 1,402 for why I’m holding Biden’s DOJ nominees. We have a two-tiered justice system in our country. It’s a disgrace,” he added.
Vance defended that position last week, deeming Biden’s DOJ political appointees as nothing more than “foot soldiers” to further politicize the department.
“The political appointees of the Department of Justice, the way to look at them is foot soldiers for turning the DOJ into political activism, instead of actively doing the job of enforcing the law,” Vance explained.”Why should we be giving Joe Biden more foot soldiers when he’s using them to attack his political opponents and conservatives all across the country? It’s insane,” he added.
3- We pray that they will vote to release this testimony from the IRS whistleblower.
QUOTE: The House Ways and Means Committee took final steps Tuesday to release to the public as early as this week the testimony and evidence from an IRS whistleblower who alleges the Justice Department gave favorable treatment to Hunter Biden and engaged in political interference in the criminal tax case against the first son.
Committee Chairman Jason Smith, R-Mo., scheduled an executive session for 8 a.m. Thursday where lawmakers are expected to vote to free the whistleblower evidence and testimony of IRS supervisory criminal agent Gary Shapley from the 6103 privacy requirements that normally shield Americans’ tax information from public disclosure.
The development came just hours after U.S. Attorney David Weiss in Delaware announced in a court filing that Hunter Biden has struck a deal to plead guilty to two misdemeanor charges of willfully failing to pay taxes and to enter a probation program that could eliminate a third charge, a felony, accusing him of lying on a gun application.
The vote by the GOP-led committee will allow the evidence Shapley provided in six hours of testimony last month as well as 23 pages of evidence from the Hunter Biden tax probe to be released to the public.
Sources familiar with Shapley’s testimony told Just the News that he turned over seven documents totaling 23 pages that summarized the evidence and predicate for the original investigation into the taxes and overseas finances of President Joe Biden’s son.
The memos also summarized multiple instances dating to 2020 in which DOJ officials thwarted, hampered or interfered with the frontline career investigators’ efforts – ranging from blocking certain tactics to allowing tolling agreements to expire that extended the statute of limitations on certain alleged offenses. Shapley described IRS and FBI agents being concerned by the interference, the sources said.
4- Could the deal given to Hunter Biden be an attempt to cover-up for the $10 million bribery evidence?
QUOTE: The Hunter Biden plea deal for failing to pay federal income tax and illegally possessing a weapon is highly suspicious and appears to be an attempt to keep the truth from the American public, Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., told Newsmax on Tuesday.
“The timing is more than interesting — just as we find out about a credible source claiming a $5 million to $10 million bribery scheme and [Hunter’s business associate] Devon Archer poised to testify before the House committee,” Johnson told “National Report.” “Is this the Justice Department’s attempt to try and seal this all up and keep the truth from the American public? This is what I fear.”
Johnson also said he is highly concerned the U.S. attorney’s announcement the investigation is ongoing is “the classic technique of the FBI and the Justice Department to claim an ongoing investigation to keep records from congressional oversight.”
The senator also pointed out President Joe Biden’s statement during this entire saga that he had faith his son did nothing wrong is “just one more in a long series of lies that President Biden has told the American public.”
The senator added this is further proof there is what he calls “a multi-tier system of justice.” “They target a political opponent like a President Trump; the rest of us,” Johnson added, “have to comply with the law, and then you got people like the Bidens and people connected to powerful Democrats who get off pretty much scot-free.”
5- The public wants to know. The public deserves to know about the current occupant of the White House who sold out the country while Vice President.
QUOTE: Eighty-three percent of voters believe the FBI should make public its informant file that alleges President Joe Biden accepted a $5 million bribe from Ukrainian oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky, the founder of Burisma Holdings, a recent Harvard/HarrisX poll found.
The poll asked respondents, “Do you think that the FBI report from an informant alleging that Joe Biden took a $5 million bribe while he was Vice President should be made public or kept secret by the FBI?”
Overall, 83 percent said the FBI should make the file public, while only 17 percent say it should be kept secret.
Among partisans, 74 percent of Democrats, 82 percent of independents, and 92 percent of Republicans said the file should be public.
The poll also asked respondents, “Do you think that the FBI is fully investigation corruption allegations against Joe Biden, or is the FBI not really investigating them?”
Only 45 percent of voters said the FBI is fully investigating the allegations. A majority (55 percent) said the bureau is not really investigating. The poll sampled 2,090 registered voters from June 14-15. The margin of error was not provided.
